I LANDED IN A DEEP DEPRESSION: HOW THE SAME PAST THAT BROKE ME ALLOWED ME TO THRIVE | EP 006

After Austin and I got married and started traveling chasing pipelines I landed in a deep depression.  The only thing was that I didn't know it as it started to consume me.  Ultimately, an annual well woman's exam ended in a total meltdown. Yep, I cried right there in the doctors office (luckily I hadn't disrobed and got into that horrible tissue paper outfit yet).

This week on the podcast Austin is interviewing me.  I talk about being raised on a farm, my college years and give details and insight into those dark days of depression while on the road as a pipeline wife.

I hope this can be a story of hope and change.  I never knew humans had the ability to drastically change until I saw it in myself.  I also never knew how powerful our mind and thoughts are.  Here's to talking about the good stuff, facing life head on, and linking arms through it all.
